We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our straightforward return policy to make the process easy for you:

Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Restocking Fee:

• There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. This helps cover our handling and processing costs.

Exclusions:

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom-cut fabrics or special orders are also non-returnable.

Why We Recommend Purchasing a Sample First:

To avoid unexpected issues, we highly recommend ordering a fabric sample before making a larger purchase. This allows you to see the color, texture, and quality in person, ensuring the fabric is perfect for your project.

How to Start a Return:

1. Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.

3. Send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 5-7 business days.
