Floral lace has this way of making everything feel a little more special. Our Vintage Style Floral Stretch Lace is one of our favorites in the shop — customers come back for it again and again, and honestly, we get it.
It's a 90% Nylon / 10% Spandex blend with 4-way stretch, a soft matte finish, and a drape that just works. At 95 GSM and 58–60 inches wide, it's light enough to layer but has enough body to hold its shape.
Why stretch lace beats regular lace every time
Traditional lace fights you. Zero stretch means it gaps at curves, pulls under tension, and demands near-perfect fitting. Stretch lace is a completely different experience — it moves with the body, hugs curves naturally, and bounces back to shape. You skip the fussy ease adjustments and still get a beautifully fitted result.
About the floral pattern
We chose this motif because it works at every scale reads beautifully on a full skirt overlay and still looks intentional on a small bralette. There's a slightly retro quality to it that feels romantic without being fussy. The matte finish is a big deal too. This one photographs beautifully in natural light, no flash glare which cheaper lace can't say.

Quick sewing tips
Use a ballpoint needle (75/11) so it slides between the mesh instead of piercing it. Sew with a narrow zigzag — straight stitches will pop when the fabric stretches. Cut with sharp scissors on a flat surface, skip the rotary cutter. Line with soft jersey or satin for coverage. And the best part — the edges don't fray, so you can leave them raw for a delicate finish.
Hand wash cold or machine wash delicate in a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry.
